You may not have time, money, or resources to spend planning a big wedding. You may have planned to go to the judge and have them sign the marriage license. Or maybe you really just want it to be about the two of you.
Sometimes it can be difficult to get an appointment, and sometimes you just want a nicer setting than City Hall.
I work with couples in Ohio to provide an opportunity to get your marriage license signed quickly, and if you want, I can read a short and sweet wedding ceremony that is modern and moving.
With this package, you will book your appointment from 2 days - 6 weeks in advance.
Ahead of your wedding day, you will have already picked up your marriage license from the Probate Court.
We will meet at a mutually convenient location of your choosing. It can be home, a local park (Zane Landing, Mission Oaks Garden, Franklin Park Conservatory, Park of Roses, Hocking Hills Cabin, Etc.), or an easy local meeting spot.
If you choose, we can have a simple, beautiful, and intimate ceremony where I will personally and meaningfully walk the two of you into your first steps of marriage. Generally, this package is intended for elopements or very simple and intimate groups.
After the ceremony, I will take care of all the legal responsibilities, mail and follow up with your marriage license, and then notify you when it is complete.
You will receive helpful tips and hints from me along the way.
This package is not meant to be used for traditional (large) weddings.
$50 for license signing only
$150 for short n' sweet ceremony
*Federal mileage reimbursement rates apply to any meeting spots outside of Muskingum County, OH.
