Our collaboration kicks into gear 3 months before your Wedding Day. 

I am a geek about organization - so below, you will find our 3 month timeline for planning your wedding ceremony.  

Each month has an intention with action steps to create that intention.  

Each month - I email you to let you know the current action steps due and the upcoming action steps due.

You DO NOT have to wait until the deadline to complete the action step - everything is outlined below so do it all at once, or one step at a time.

THREE MONTHS AWAY

​INTENTION: Plot out the (Written) Wedding Ceremony

These worksheets will guide you through designing your wedding ceremony, your Love Story, and your vows.  In the upcoming weeks I will be asking for your "Perfect Ceremony Choices," your individual versions of your Love Story, and your vows, IF you want me to review them.  Feel free to take the steps below at any time you are ready.

• Fill out the Wedding Details & Team Questionnaire so I can collaborate with your amazing wedding team! 
• Book your Premarital Guidance Session (optional but worth it!)
• Submit your Perfect Ceremony Choices so that I can begin crafting your ceremony - don't forget - I need each partner to tell me their side of your Love Story!​​

TWO MONTHS AWAY

INTENTION: Plot out the (Day of) Wedding Ceremony.

​Use these worksheets to plot out who will be participating in your ceremony and what that will look like.  Once you download the sheet to your Googledocs or Word, edit everything to reflect you and your party. Upload the finished worksheet to the Homework Collector.

• Work on your vows so that you have plenty of time to edit and practice. See the Perfect Ceremony Worksheets for the Vow Worksheet.  Upload your personally written vows to the Homework Collector if you want me to give you feedback.
• Complete the Wedding Party Worksheet and upload it to the Homework Collector or email it to me.
• Arrange to pick up your marriage license from the Probate Court.​​

ONE MONTH AWAY

INTENTION: Finalize Finishing Touches

Use this Checklist to help you finalize any finishing touches.  By the time this month is up, you will have your marriage license in hand and be ready to get married!

• Review the First Draft of your ceremony and return edits within 7 days.
• Make Final Payment for Officiant Services 
• ​Make sure your readers have copies of their readings.

THE HONEYMOON

INTENTION: Legalize Marriage and Share the Love

​You've already done the thing - but it doesn't mean all the fun is over!  This next month you will become legal, you can change your name, and you get to go through all your amazing memories and share your experiences with upcoming newlyweds who are looking up to you
​

• I will follow up with Probate Court to ensure proper filing of certificate and notify you once filing is final.
• You will generously take a few moments to write an honest review on Wedding Wire, The Knot, or Google.
• If someone wants to change their name - see how in Insider Info.
• Sign up for your (Post)marital Guidance Session, and spend your honeymoon building a lasting marriage!
